Bug Description
When the configuration reference was part of the OpenStack Manuals project, the scripts to automatically parse configuration options in manila and diff them to produce options that changed between releases were handled by the docs teams. Now that all projects have moved their documentation in-tree, the scripts to produce manila config documentation automatically, including rendering a release diff for these options (like https:/
