Bug Description
Hi,
currently, we can create access rules with 'manila access-allow' and delete it with 'access-deny'. Sometimes our customer would like to update an existing access rule. They are working in k8s environment, and would like to change Persistent Volume (PV) from 'rw' to 'ro' temporarily. They can not delete the access rule, because the PV is immutable, including the reference to access rule id.
would it make sense to implement a new API to update existing access rule?
