Description

The Manila CLI is being deprecated in favor of the OpenStack CLI. However, our documentation still has several examples that use such commands, so we should update it to match the new commands.
Steps to reproduce
==================
Open the resize shares guide [1] and check the examples provided. All of them are still using the Manila CLI.
Run the same commands as suggested in the VM and see what would be the corresponding commands in the OpenStack CLI.
Expected result
===============
The documentation should display examples using the OpenStack CLI commands.
Actual result
=============
The documentation still uses the manila CLI.
