[doc] Update the "lock_visibility" description in the POST grant access API
In the Manila API documentation, the description of "lock_visibility," a request field in the POST grant access API, states:
'When enabled, other users will see the "access_to" and "access_secret" fields set to ******'
Since the access rules API uses "access_key" as a parameter, not "access_secret," the above description should be updated accordingly.
