no translation for "leds" windows, "always on top" does not work

Bug Description
Hi !
none of the windows showing traffic leds (router, hub, switch) have translation enabled.
Moreover, the "always on top" checkbox do not work (at least on kde).
I suggest to have instead the option to have an "internal window"/"external window" switch. All the hubs/switches/
traffic leds may be stacked in a corner of the main marionnet window.
