After all calendars are deleted, the default-calender gets only readded if you try to make a new appointment |

Reproduce:
1. Remove all Calendars
2. Add some new Calendars like "test"
3. Doubleclick in the Grid to add a new Date, the Calender-Chooser points to an empty calendar. |
Reproduce:
1. Remove all calendars
2. Close calendar-selection
3. Reopen calendar-selection => No calendars
4. Try to add a appointment (here no calendar as default-calendar selected)
5. Reopen calendar-selection => Default calendar reappeared
Expected: Default-calender shouldn't be delete-able |
