Bug Description
The account pramchan-5 although registered by me in Grizzly time frame and later was transferred to newly formed Openstack board then, have been using mainly for BP creation and other bug filing support. Now that I tried creating new project and working with openstack-infra team, not able to create new project "meghdwar". This is to record the bug to get support of Openstack-infra team.
