Bug Description
Clearing private data should be done within the Privacy Preferences tab along with other privacy settings.
See bug #893787
As an extension of this, the "Clear Private Data" entry should then be removed from the AppMenu.

I guess I would see this as an inevitable part of the other bug, but it's a fair excuse to draw attention ;-)
