Bug Description
I have the "Reopen tabs from last time" setting for opening Midori.
When I open Midori, dozens of tabs start opening and I have to press Ctrl W what seems like a thousand times to close them. It seems like the tabs being opened are the ones I closed last session, but I may be mistaken.

Behaviour is a little different from what I first described. I do not know what it is doing, but it is not reopening closed tabs.
