You cant undo NoJS

Bug Description

If you unmark it, NoJs is STILL blocking some scripts. You cant get the original state.

It would help if you could provide more specifics (e.g. a simple test case where a script works, then is blocked by nojs, then remains blocked after disabling and reloading) but I'll try to look into this later either way.

I was able to reproduce this with a simple local HTML file containing a <script> element. It looks like NoJS, when disabling JS for a given site, unchecks the "Enable Scripts" checkbox on the "Behavior" tab of preferences as a side-effect. Checking that box again after disabling NoJS seems to fix the problem.
