Many commands can't be assigned keyboard shortcut

Bug Description

Most or all commands internal to Midori can be assigned a keyboard shortcut by highlighting the command in the menu and pressing the desired key. Alternatively, these and a few more can be assigned within the "Customize Shortcuts" extension. There appears to be no way to assign shortcuts to commands added by an extension - eg "Copy Tab Addresses."

Furthermore, it would be good to be able to create Midori keyboard shortcuts to run system scripts. Handy for passing data from pages to external scripts for processing.
