Nexus4 + mir_demo_client_eglplasma starts to stutter after a while

Although if the problem was the server, that would not explain very well why restarting the client fixes the problem.

Running several apps simultaneously and switching [1] between them, it's only eglplasma that slows down. The other apps remain smooth so I'm less worried.

And still happening now. Even after I replace the buffer swapping logic. So that's yet more evidence that the issue is localized to the eglplasma client.

highly recommend a retest now that kdub added in some more concrete sync

If trying to confirm, lets make sure powerd is not interfering with anything.

i left my device running for a while, saw the same thing. Can confirm the governor was in 'performance' mode.
I saw this in logcat, maybe something's overheating. iirc, plasma is a heavy test on mobile gpus.
