Bug Description

In image r243 if you open the settings app you are most likely left with a grey screen. If you give it long enough it will eventually render correctly or if you touch the screen it will render.

Note that system-settings will refresh if there is an available udpate. To prevent that, you need to tweak:
/etc/system-image/channel.ini
and set
build_number: 243
version_detail: ubuntu=20140317.3,device=20140304,version=243

To match latest.
