Add a tip to the output when deleting running executions

Bug Description

If an execution is running and you try to delete it, you will get an error. However, you can use --force to make it happen. We should include this in the error.

"Only completed executions can be delete. Use [the] --force to override this"

    Add better output to the user deleting executions

    Add a better hint on what to do if the user cannot delete the execution.
