This is usability bug. There should be a bounce when scroll to top or bottom boundary of the page. This is for better usability and consistant with other applications.
Reproduce steps:

(1) Launch midbrowser
(2) Scroll the page to top or bottom boundary
Current result:
----------------
There is not a bounce
Expected result:
----------------
It would be good if there is a bounce when scroll to the boundary
