Bug Description

Summary:
When entering a URL or clicking a link to a new page, the browser offers no visual feedback on it's progress. Traditionally Firefox offers a spinning wheel in the upper right corner and a status bar at the bottom. The MID browser offers no feedback. This makes it difficult to know when the browser is loading a page or just spinning on a 404.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Browser
2) Enter URL in address bar
3) Press enter

Expected result:
An icon or status bar shows that the browser is working to load page

Actual result:
No status feedback is displayed.

You could enable the status bar by choosing "View -> Status Bar". It's not enabled by default to leave more area of the screen to show webpage.
Carl, I remember that there was an icon on the navigation bar to show the page loading status, and it was replaced by the "grab and drag" icon later.
So we have two choices here, add back that icon or enable status bar by default. What's your opinion Carl?
