Horizon does not show last modified date of object

Bug Description

MOS 7.0

If we use Ceph as backend for object storage in the Horizon we see a blank field instead of information about last modification.
From the CLI we are able to see this data.

Steps:
- Login as admin
- Go to containers page
- Create container
- upload file
- view details of uploaded file

result:
- timestamp is present

Can't reproduce in 8.0 lab.

As I understand, in Mitaka field `last modified` was replaced with `timestamp`, isn't it? @tsufiev, is it right?

Steps to reproduce from [1] are working in MOS7 with latest MU applied. Have to investigate.
