In this line a test cannot catch moment when slave node is not available via tcp.

Probably because after sending "reboot --force" command node do not close tcp connection correctly. Test script waiting some time until tcp connection not be closed. At that time node has been sucessfully rebooted and available by ssh but a test begin waiting until a node is not going offline what cannot be happen.

Anyway, code seems strange and we need rewrite that place.
