[SWARM][8.0] ironic_deploy_ceph: ironic_post_swift_key.rb timeout

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create cluster
2. Add 3 node with controller+ironic+ceph-osd role
3. Add 1 node with compute role
4. Add 1 nodes with ironic role
5. Deploy the cluster

Actual result:
