Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
Users can no longer use the container portion of the horizon dashboard. All buckets that should be links do not have the link show up. Instead, it's just an empty td element. It's possible to create new buckets, but in order to view the bucket contents, you must know the bucket name (not visible anywhere anymore) and manually enter the right URL.

Steps to reproduce:
Upgrade to MOS 8.0 MU5 (I believe I may have been on MU3 prior to upgrade process). Have reproduced in two separate environments after upgrades.

Expected results:
Users should be able to navigate into buckets / folders via links.
Workaround:
Manually access the full path to the objects via URL, or use APIs.

Impact:
Horizon container management is basically unusable.

Description of the environment:
MOS 8.0 MU5
