Bug Description

It looks like recent mysql-server package doesn't work in our trusty-based build environments. It generates the following error when trying to install:

  The following packages have unmet dependencies:
    mysql-server : Depends: mysql-server-5.5 but it is not going to be installed
  E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
  ++ error_handler 100 218

[MOS 9.0] Fix install-ubuntu tests for aodh, mistral and murano

Changed runtests.sh to install mysql-wsrep-server instead
of mysql-server which is not usable at the moment.

Add runtests for some projects

Here is a list of added runtests:

- ceilometer-build
- cinder-build
- heat-build
- ironic-build
- mistral-build
- murano-build
- neutron-build
- neutron-fwaas-build
- neutron-lbaas-build
- neutron-vpnaas-build
- sahara-build

I have also changed runtests.sh to install mysql-wsrep-server
instead of mysql-server which is not usable at the moment.
