Precondition:
Env with cinder is deployed
Step to reproduce:
Create sahara cluster with cinder volumes.
Wait "Active" state.
Delete sahara cluster.
Expected result:
Cluster and volumes is deleted
Actual result:
Cluster is deleted
Volumes dit not deleted
