Bug Description
Preconditions:
Scale lab
3 controller, 2 ironic+cerph
Steps to reproduce:
Launch 100 ironic(nova) instances
Delete 100 instances
nova node-delete <instances ids>
Expected result:
Instances have been deleted in several minutes
Actual result:
Deleting 100 instances takes more than 1hour (logs in attachment)
