[Possible regression] Report mode shows false packet loss for high latency trips

Bug Description

Seen on version 0.85 as packaged in Arch Linux.
Looks like a regression, as per this report over at the Ubuntu tracker:

Description is almost exactly the same as the issue there - when pinging any host over a certain level of latency, the last three hops (four in the previous report, oddly) always show a fixed amount of packet loss.

As in the linked report, the output will show 10% loss if 10 iterations are called, 33.3% loss if 30 iterations are called and so on. Running in live mode does not show this loss.
