mtr stops after 5 minutes with error "address in use"

Bug Description
Recently upgraded to v18.04 and now when running mtr v0.92, it stops after a five minutes with "address in use" error. I did not have this issue with v14.04.5 and I could run mtr continuously for days - this was mtr v0.85.
~ date; mtr --tcp --port 443 vpn5.elavon.net; date

Increasing the interval time pushes out when the error occurs but it still occurs.

Same issue here. The command I use is:
while true; do
mtr --tcp --port 443 --address 192.168.50.2 --report-wide google.com
done
I get "mtr: Address in use" message after 50 iterations of this loop.
