Murano AD deployment: application should write logs during the deployment

Bug Description
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create environment 'test' and add Active Directory application to this environment.
2. Start deployment and wait for finish.
Observed Result:
Application will successfully deployed, but we can't se any logs in Horizon Dashboard (please see attached screenshot).
Expected Result:
User can see logs from AD deployment.
