Bug Description
The built in rule in MS SQL Murano application creates a rule for the port 1443 which is not correct, is suppose to be 1433 as per Microsoft article here http://
We should fix this issue, as this could be a reason to cause many non functioning issues, as admin thought the rule is active while the rule it's self is wrong , even it's a predefined rule by open stack.
