Environments containing '/' character cause Heat to fail

Bug Description

The generated Heat template may contain some resources having the environment name in their resource names (Security Group, network resources etc). If the environment name contains '/' character Heat deployment fails.

    Fix defaultGroupName of SecurityGroupManager Class

    If the environment name contains '/', default security group
    resource name contains '/' and heat deployment fails.

    This patch changes defaultGroupName of SecurityGroupManager Class
     to 'MuranoSecurityGroup-' + environment id.
