Music Player is choppy when advancing to next song when screen is locked

Bug Description
Steps:
1. Choose an album from the music scope, preferably one with continuity between songs (Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking, for example)
2. Click play all
3. When the music app starts playing, lock the screen
4. wait until the song is over
Observed:
The music is choppy (breaks up) as it advance to the next song
Expected:
The music is smooth, even if there is a slight delay

I have heard this behaviour as well. I think it is probably due to a CPU spike when calculating the next track which is worse because of the high CPU usage of pulseaudio recently (bug 1335342). I also assume that this will be resolved once we move to using background playlists in media-hub as the next track will already be in a list and the music-app will be suspended.
