[Remix] On single album view, the header comes back with a vengeance

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Albums tab
2. Tap on an album that contains at least 5 songs
3. Scroll up
4. See the header hiding as expected while scrolling up
5. Release the finger

Actual:
- The header unhides and comes back with a vengeance

Expected:
- The header stays hidden until the user starts scrolling down. This is the behaviour e.g. in the Songs tab and the Queue

Does this still occur with the new ColumnFlow and flicking tweak Florian gave us? I can't reproduce it.

It appears on the SongsPage, which has a ListView. The bug is not seen with the ColumnFlow on the AlbumsPage. This bug still exists, but we should see if it's an SDK issue or if we need to do something specific to fix it.
