Bug Description
Found when testing bug 1465764.
What happened:
1) Create/modify a music file so that the path contains a '%' (we will call this track A)
2) Open the app
3) Queue a selection of songs that include track A and make sure that track A is the currently selected track
4) Restart the app
5) Try to play track A that was restored in the queue, notice it will not play but if you select next and then previous it will!
What was expected:
5) It was expected that you would be able to play track A
Note there is nothing obvious in the media-hub log [0] when step 5 is performed as to why it plays after a next and previous.
