Bug Description
You can search a song in Songs tab and immediately play it however it clears out the queue and leaves it as the lone song in the queue. This may be what's desired in some use cases but not when you are in shuffle and you want to play a song immediately.
The only way currently to do it correctly is to go to the queue and manually browsing for the song you wanted. This can be possibly fixed if there's a search functionality in the Queue or an additional action in the Songs tab to play immediately a song instead of simply adding to queue.

Hi, Kugi--thanks for taking the time to file this bug and make the music app and Ubuntu better! Personally, I agree with you that if you are searching for a single song and you simply click the track, that it'd seem more useful to not clear the current queue. But currently we have it designed to clear the queue before playing--just like playing an album does.
Maybe it would be useful to add the search feature to the queue. I think we'd want to disable reordering while doing multiselect in the queue from the search results however.
Adding Ubuntu-UX.
