Bug Description

As of 0.7.0, NdbIndexScanOperation.PRIMARY_INDEX_NAME constant
is now gone. What do I use in its place for
ndbTxn.getSelectIndexScanOperation(
      NdbIndexScanOperation.PRIMARY_INDEX_NAME, name)?
