Bug Description
there are conditionals in bash script which are repeated so many times for different OpenDaylight Snapshots,
they should be modularized to remove redundant and messy code.
there are two options,
1. organize everything in functions and execute all the configuration setup for each snapshot only once.
2. use devstack/
