Bug Description
"shared" attribute is defined for a firewall resource in extension/
and the command line also supports --shared option.
However, when admin creates a firewall with --shared option,
"shared" cannot be found in the response and the result of firewall-show.
Also in firewalls table in the ovs_neutron database 'shared' column is NULL.
