boot lun set by nova-dpm is invalid in dpm UI

Bug Description
nova-dpm sets the boot lun. When opening openstack created partition on the SE. the "Boot" panel shows
target LUN: 0 and a red X indicates that the LUN has a wrong format! I guess the format should be something like 00000000000000 (not sure how many 0)

Verified the behaviour in latest firmware driver; This requires a fix in the nova-dpm driver; but t is of "low" priority as the functionality is working fine, and just a fix to remove the red mark shown in UI
