When attach volume lost attach when node restart

Bug Description
When a volume is attached to an instance and the compute server is restarted the .xml of the instance lost the attached volume.
This only happen if the instance don´t have a reboot after the volume attach. If reboot the instance, and next reboot the compute server, the .xml is saved and the volume attached as expected.

I'm guessing the xml isn't regenerated from block device mapping on restart of the compute host.
