Bug Description

When a request is made to Keystone, information such as user_id, project_id, among others, are setted in the class NovaKeystoneContext https://github.com/openstack/nova/blob/master/nova/api/auth.py#L79. When using the Keystone V3 API, domain information should be passed, but Nova is not ready to receive this information.

    Add support for upcoming "domain" concept in Keystone V3 API in
    both logging and context.

The fix for Nova was abandoned while we don't have anything using the domain information.
