The error causes the service to not be authenticated, because there is no SSL certificate, nor is the port referenced

Hey,
this inconsistent auth_url is broken in nova master branch (https://github.com/openstack/nova/blob/master/doc/source/install/controller-install-ubuntu.rst), as well as in new releases: 2023.1 and 2023.2
