Bug Description
When adding a new partner, you can't add bank accounts in the same step as partner_id on the inline res.partner.bank form is required. This is not necessary, as partner_id will we added anyway by the write the form does afterwards.
Making partner_id not required enables us to fill in bank accounts in the same step, thereby enhancing usability.
