Bug Description

Al tratar de introducir un "Procedure" desde el menu principal, se encuentra bloqueado el "Individual" entonces no se puede introducir uno nuevo.

Listo. Ya el trunk tiene una versión sin esto. En la próxima
actualización de la base de prueba queda arriba. Por ahora hay que
ingresar los Procedures desde el individuo.
