Hello!
I live near Moscow and my timezone is Europe/Moscow. Really it's GMT+4 all the year (without the transition to summer and winter time http://
Also please pay attention to the bug: https:/
In OpenERP web client list of timezones GMT+4 really linked to -0400, but it have to be linked to +0400. Check and fix it please, because it's a bug, not a wish.
In this way we can't select the right timezone. One way to do it is to select GMT-4, but it's wrong name for the timezone +0400!!!
