Bug Description
We need a local homepage for OpenIndiana for the openindiana-welcome package.
It should briefly answer the following questions:
* What is OpenIndiana?
* What are the goals of the project?
* Who is behind it?
* How to get in touch (possibly links to mailing lists, IRC)?
* How to contribute?
Furthermore, it should contain links to the official website, Illumos, and possibly other key resources on the web.
This page should later be translated, a toplevel gateway page functionally equivalent to the one in opensolaris-welcome already exists.
