Image preview glitch when resizing Preview/Live panels

Bug Description
If images are shown in Live & Preview, re-sizing the panels causes the images to shake wildly at certain points.
This would appear to be a problem on smaller screen resolutions.
I can produce the glitch with 1280x1024 and 1280x720 resolutions but 1920x1080 works fine.
This happens in real-world when user wants to make their Live panel larger than Preview panel.

It seems to be caused by:
1. The images in the slidecontroller are to big to be shown in the list-widget, so OpenLP adds a scrollbar.
2. The scrollbar causes the images to scale a bit down, which means that at the new size they can be shown in the list-widget, so we remove the scrollbar,
3. The images now scale a bit up again, goto 1, repeat...
