installation assistance form of account_voucher doesn't allow digits definition

Bug Description
1. Install a new database and begin to install account_voucher as your first module (eInvoice & payments)
2. In the attached video you can see that in contrary to start with (normal) accounting module installation the possibility to configure the digits of account code is missing: http://
3. As a result the default 6 digits installation was applied automatically . To recapture this open the accounting tab on a partner to see the financial accounts with 6 digits. we normally would expect to have the choice to decide to use 4 or 6 digits account codes. This request will be done if you start by installing "accounting". In that case you have to edit the digits, and everything is fine.
Bypassing this request imho will be a problem if later people decide to install full accounting, or if they export some account moves of invoices and wonder why they receive 6 digits account codes instead of 4 in the exported .csv file.

It should be allow us to set the account code digits otherwise it missed the good functionality of COA.
