IMHO everyone is talking about different issues ....

Customer A receives an order from his customer B

Customer A orders these products form "us" and asks us to ship the products directly to hist customer "B"

this is a very usual issue

So we have to create a partner "B" (which is not our customer) with address and put this address as shipping address in sale order and picking etc.

it's easy to solve, just remove the domain constraint and adapt the reports.
