Bug Description

Hi,

From what I know, you can't do an AND test for groups appartenance in menu (or others places):

<menuitem action="action" id="id"
                  groups="base.group_extended,account.group_account_manager"/>

This case means "group_extended OR group_account_manager". But what if you want to show a menu only for accounts managers who are in extended view ? Currently, it doesn't seems to be possible.

With the new base/extended view support in v6, this is a real missing feature to me. Thanks for reading, feel free to propose implementation solution.
