Start of clip reset when editing clip

Bug Description

When editing a clip that has a start offset, the start position shows -0.01
Applying any changes results in the start offset being set to 0.

This is a major bug to me.

Same like Bug 1198555. PLEASE fix this one. It's so annoying when cutting larger movies.
