Bug Description
We need an easy way to fade in and out a clip (both audio and video). Opening up the clip properties to adjust the fades of many clips takes too long. I suggest a new right click menu (similar to Animate or Layout), that would allow the user to quickly adjust the fade in, out, or both of clips.
