"Writing an SRF Service" doc missing important step!

On the page at http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.1/html/writing_an_opensrf_service.html, the user is instructed to add to the <apps> section a new clause describing their new service, but is *not* told that the app must also be added to the <activeapps> clause. This is mentioned later, in the "Retrieving configuration settings" section, farther down the doc.
